Welcome to the City Wide Resident Council of the City of St. Paul (CWRC) website! CWRC is the umbrella organization of the four family site councils.

The family sites are: McDonough Homes, Roosevelt Homes, Mt. Airy Homes, and Dunedin Terrace.  These sites are homes to about 1,700 families living around St. Paul.  Each family site has a resident council and elects up to five residents to be officers or leaders to represent them.  Each council receives funding from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to support activities benefitting residents. 

This website is for officers and residents from St. Paul Public Housing Agency (PHA) family sites and the general public. You will find information on the history of CWRC, mission statement, council activities, meeting schedule, and materials for officer use.
