Metro Transit Assistance Program (TAP). The TAP program is designed to make public transit more affordable for low-income residents. TAP provides a reduced fare pass on a Go-to-Car. It allows customers to use a bus or train for just $1.00 per ride, with a 2 1/2 hour transfer time frame.  PHA residents should contact their management office for more information.

Twin Cities Mobile Market.  This converted bus brings affordable and fresh fruits, vegetables, meat, dairy, grains and other quality groceries directly into neighborhoods around St. Paul and Minneapolis that don’t have easy access to full-service supermarkets or food shelves. Visit
