Metro Transit Assistance Program (TAP). The TAP program is designed to make public transit more affordable for low-income residents. TAP provides a reduced fare pass on a Go-to-Car. It allows customers to use a bus or train for just $1.00 per ride, with a 2 1/2 hour transfer time frame.
